We are so very pleased to have Mr. Lee Roupas join us at our booth at the Crafty Crafters Expo. Mr. Roupas  is a professional natural body builder. That means that he does not use any of the steroids or other drugs many professional body builders use to increase the muscle growth. It is a healthier and far less dangerous means of body building. He will be signing photos and his book, “Living Proof: A Fitness Journey”. He is a proponent of healthy living, a personal trainer and motivational speaker. Make sure you stop by our booth and say hello.
